Some of the best flavours are stumbled upon. While working on a bacon washed moonshine for a cocktail in our lounge we asked ourselves, “Can we distill bacon?” The answer was yes!
The result is a moonshine with the deep taste of bacon but without all the fake nitrate flavours that often come with “flavoured” spirits. We use locally sourced bacon, raised in the healthiest way possible.
