Planned Buybacks

We have two planned stock buybacks for anyone that is interested once the time comes.

• 2 years after purchase you will have the opportunity to sell your shares back to Ryes & Shine at 15% interest for $4,600.
  
  
• 4 years after purchase you will have the opportunity to sell your shares back to Ryes & Shine at 30% interest for $5,200

If you decide to take this opportunity to sell your shares back you will still retain the Founders Status and the rest of its perks.

Moving Forward

Becoming a founder is as easy following these two simple steps:

• Send your membership payment of $4,000 via e transfer to founders@ryesandshine.ca, please use the password Moonshine in the transfer. Alternatively you can reach out to Kelly at kelly@ryesandshine.ca or 250-858-1981 to arrange cheque or cash payment

Once payment is received you will receive a digital receipt.  We will be holding a special Founders Club only Grand Opening where we will issue your share certificate and official member of The Founders Club package.
